England and Manchester United Skipper, who has been of form
for the first part of the season, has been under a few critics, but managed to
release some of the tension on his shoulders after he managed to beat Sir Bobby
Charlton record of most goals for any England international taking his tally to
a remarkable 50 goals.
The England skipper has been getting a lot of praise lately
from the fans and many football experts on this landmark, as even Lionel Messi
was exceptional to the performance describing Rooney as “one of the strongest players
he has even played against”
Rooney’s good form for his country has come at the right
time for them heading to the final stages of the Euro 2016 qualifies, but the
main target for Rooney now is making sure he can continue his good form for his
club, and also try beat Sir Bobby Charlton’s record for the club.
